My path from clinical work to leadership and consulting has been shaped by a desire to help create workplaces where people feel respected, supported, and able to thrive.
I do this work because I love people. I believe in meeting leaders and teams where they are, helping them rebuild trust, and proving that accountability and humanity can coexist.
